To Kill A Mockingbird opens at Lyric Hammersmith

As NYT Rep draws to an end it’s been a joy to share Meghan Doyle’s vision of To Kill A Mockingbird. As a piece that explores ingrained prejudice and how a community holds (or fails to hold) itself to account, this is a story that’s been very close to Rep’s heart, and Meghan’s staging of it, where we’re all onstage throughout the show, feels like the perfect way to say goodbye to an ensemble as close-knit as ours has become.

The ovation on opening night is hopefully a testament that the audience felt the heart and soul we’ve put into it!
